Every plate at Louisiana Purchase is a deliberate act. Chef Quinnton Austin's culinary program is built on the traditions of Louisiana cooking — fire, patience, and obsessive precision. Fire-charred oysters. Slow-built dark roux gumbo. Gulf shrimp in Worcestershire butter.

The menu changes with the season but the commitment never does. This is elevated Creole dining done with complete sincerity.

The Bar Program

Cocktails Built for the French Quarter

The bar program at Louisiana Purchase is not an afterthought. Every cocktail is rooted in New Orleans tradition — complex, ceremonial, and built with the same precision as the kitchen. The Praline Old Fashioned alone is worth the visit.

Happy Hour runs Monday through Friday from 3 to 5 PM. The full cocktail menu is available from open to close, seven days a week.

Weekend Brunch

Saturday & Sunday From Noon

The brunch program at Louisiana Purchase is its own institution. Creole plates inspired by New Orleans weekend dining, craft cocktails from noon, and a patio that turns a Saturday afternoon into an event.

Brunch runs every Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM to 3 PM. Reservations are strongly recommended.
