Business Messaging and AI Assistance

When available, you may contact us through Google Business Profile AI-enabled messaging using RCS for Business. Responses may be generated by an AI agent using our Business Profile and website information. Automated answers may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You can ask to speak with a person or contact us by phone or email. Questions requiring staff assistance may be handed to the restaurant team. Staff replies depend on availability; messaging is not an emergency service and immediate replies are not guaranteed.

By choosing to start or continue a business messaging conversation after receiving the applicable disclosures, you authorize us to respond to your inquiry and authorize Google and its service providers to process your message content and related information to provide RCS for Business, including automated assistance and service security. This includes Google's processing of message content to train AI models for spam detection and prevention and making messages available to participating carriers, as described in our Privacy Policy and the RCS for Business terms. These terms do not override Google's applicable terms or replace any separate consent required by law.

Messaging Consent, Charges, and Opt-Out

Replies will relate to your inquiry. Starting a conversation does not sign you up for unrelated promotional messages. Separate marketing communications require the applicable consent. Message frequency depends on your interaction, and your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Availability and delivery depend on your device, carrier, and the messaging service.

To stop business messages, reply STOP or use your messaging app's block or unsubscribe controls. You can also contact us by phone or email for assistance. Opting out of messaging does not cancel a reservation, order, or event agreement; contact the restaurant or relevant booking provider for those changes.

Reservations, Orders, Gift Cards, and Events

A question, inquiry, or general automated answer is not itself a confirmed reservation, order, gift card purchase, or event booking. Complete the applicable process and obtain confirmation from the restaurant or its designated provider.

Reservations, orders, and gift cards may be handled through third-party services, including OpenTable and Toast. Their applicable terms and any terms presented during checkout or booking govern those transactions. Private events may require a separate written agreement. Cancellation, refund, deposit, and gift card conditions are those disclosed for the applicable transaction or agreement; these website terms do not establish a separate refund or cancellation policy.

Allergies, Dietary Needs, and Alcohol

Speak directly with restaurant staff about food allergies, ingredients, cross-contact, or dietary requirements before ordering. Do not rely on AI-generated answers to determine whether food or beverages are safe for you. Do not send sensitive medical information through messaging.

Alcohol purchases and service are subject to applicable law, age verification, and restaurant requirements. Website or messaging content does not waive those requirements.

Acceptable Use

Use our website and messaging lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, send spam or abusive content, introduce malicious code, interfere with the services, or attempt unauthorized access. Provide accurate information and only submit information you have the right to share. Do not send passwords, payment card or bank details, or government identification numbers through chat.

Website Content and External Services

Website text, photographs, designs, and branding belong to us or their respective owners. You may browse the website for personal use. Other uses require the rights holder's permission unless permitted by law.

External websites, booking platforms, and messaging networks operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or operation.
